Community

Our goal is to provide the best possible bouldering, roped and board training facility! Our commitment to the community is to foster a place to meet climbing partners, enjoy community comps, BBQ’s, join training groups, feel welcome, and empowered and have Grand Valley Climbing Gym truly be your third space.

Along with all of the adult and youth training and educational programs, GVCG will host seasonal events like IFSC World Cup boulder and lead and Olympic viewing parties, climbing movie nights, slideshows, and more. Along with our 4 annual gatherings!

Member Gear Swap, BBQ and potluck, Fun Climbing Games and Member Comp!

Bring your gear to sell, bring your favorite dish to share, meet new members, find new partners, stack the most crates, win the comp or just join in on the fun!

The MeltDown! Crimp and Scream!

Ice cream social, BBQ and member set crimp fest! 10 lucky members will pair up with a setter and get 45 minutes to set their best crimp boulder prior to the event. Then the rest of us will decide who set the best boulder!
